Rich Brooks has yet to name a starting quarterback for Saturday’s game at Vanderbilt.
Mike Hartline participated in practice yesterday after suffering an MCL injury three weeks ago.
At the time of the injury, it wasn’t sure whether or not he would play again this season, but Hartline told reporters yesterday that he thought otherwise.
Regardless of who starts, the UK coaching staff didn’t rule out both Hartline and Newton playing in the game if both are healthy.
“If the one guy that we choose is getting stale, we’ve got to bring in the next guy,” said offensive coordinator, Joker Phillips.
After Morgan Newton’s last two outings, it’s hard for me to pick Hartline.
What do you think? We haven’t done a poll in a while, so make sure to vote and comment below!
Newton? Hartline? Fidler? Cobb? For a team trying to get it’s sixth win against Vandy UK has too many problems to worry about who will be the QB. Just play them all and get a win, please!?!

I agree.
Get the win, then solve the QB situation for the rest of the season.
